Shipping Policy

At KUNASAN, we are committed to ensuring your order arrives safely and promptly. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how we handle your orders.

Order Processing Time

  • Order Processing Time: All orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days from the time of purchase. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. After your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Method

  • Shipping Carrier: We ship all orders via FedEx. The tracking number for your package will be provided once your order has been shipped, allowing you to monitor its progress.
  • Shipping Service: We use FedEx Ground (or a similar service) for all shipments. Delivery times may vary based on the destination.

Shipping Costs

We offer flat rate shipping for all orders within the United States:

  • $23 per system for orders shipped to Alaska, Florida, and Hawaii

  • $17 per system for orders shipped to all other states

Shipping charges are non-refundable, even if the order is returned.

For returns, a $17 flat return shipping fee per system (or $23 if originally shipped to Alaska, Florida, or Hawaii), along with a $5 restocking fee per system, will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping Locations

  • Domestic Shipping: We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including all 50 states.
    Please note: We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
  • International Shipping: We do not offer international shipping at this time. Orders must be shipped to a U.S. address.

Delivery Time

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Once your order has shipped, delivery time will depend on the shipping address and the FedEx service selected. Typically, delivery will occur within 5 to 7 business days after shipment, depending on the destination.
  • Delays: While we strive to meet all delivery times, please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather events, shipping carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control.

Missing or Damaged Items

  • Missing Items: If your order is missing any items, please contact us immediately at [email protected] so we can resolve the issue promptly.
  • Damaged Items: In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. You may be asked to provide photos of the damaged item(s) for review and we will assist in arranging a return or replacement.

Order Changes or Cancellations

  • Order Changes: Once an order is placed, it is processed promptly to ensure swift delivery. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once the order is placed, but if you need assistance, please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible.
  • Order Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your order, please reach out to us within 24 hours of placing it. After this time, we may not be able to cancel or modify the order as it could already be in processing.

Address Accuracy

  • Correct Shipping Information: Please double-check that the shipping address you provide is accurate. We are not responsible for delays or issues resulting from incorrect shipping addresses. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at [email protected] to correct it before your order is processed.

Tracking Your Order

  • After your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your order directly through FedEx’s tracking system. If you encounter any issues with tracking or delivery, feel free to reach out to our customer support team.
