Refund and Return Policy

At KUNASAN, we want you to be completely satisfied with your EES WAVE Sports Performance and Recovery System. We recommend using the system for at least 45 consecutive nights to give your body adequate time to adjust. While many customers experience benefits immediately, optimal results are often seen after continuous use. Please allow this time for your body to adapt to the system before deciding if it’s right for you.

Return Policy

If for any reason you’re unsatisfied with your EES WAVE Sports Performance and Recovery System, you have 60 days from the date of delivery to request a full refund, excluding shipping costs (if applicable).

To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  1. Submit an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Form:
    To initiate the return process, you must complete the RMA Form within 60 days of receiving your product. This form is essential to quickly identify and process your return. You can fill out the RMA Form here.
  2. Product Condition:
    The returned product must be in good physical condition. This means the product must include all original parts (controller unit, power supply, controller cable, pad, and original packaging), and all items should be in like-new condition.
  3. Return Shipping:
    After completing the RMA form, please repack your product using the original product packaging and place it in the original shipping box. Be sure to include a printed copy of the RMA form inside the package. A prepaid return shipping label will be emailed to you upon approval of your return request. Please use this label to return the product.

Please Note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A a $17 flat return shipping fee per system (or $23 if originally shipped to Alaska, Florida, or Hawaii), along with a $5 restocking fee per system, will be deducted from your refund.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, even if the return is approved.
  • The flat return shipping fee applies regardless of your location or shipping provider.
  1. Shipping Label:
    Once your return is authorized, we will email you a shipping label for your return. Please use this label to send your product back.

Additional Terms and Conditions

  • Return Deadline: Please return your product no later than 7 days after submitting the RMA Form. Returns received after this period may not be eligible for a refund.
  • Unregistered Returns: Returns that have not been registered via the RMA Form or do not contain a copy of the RMA Form inside the package will take longer to process. To ensure a quicker and smoother return process, please complete the RMA Form.
  • Non-Refundable Charges: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • Damaged or Incomplete Returns: If the returned product does not meet the conditions outlined (e.g., missing parts or damaged beyond normal use), KUNASAN reserves the right to refuse the return or issue a partial refund.

Refund Process

Once your returned product is received and inspected at our facility, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. Please note that the refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
