DeltaWave TVMS
DeltaWave Transspinal Vagal-Network Magnetic Stimulation (TVMS) is an investigational neuromodulation platform designed to influence spinal–autonomic signaling pathways during sleep.
The system delivers ultra-low-intensity, non-contact longitudinal transspinal electromagnetic fields intended to influence distributed spinal–autonomic oscillatory dynamics without inducing direct neural depolarization.
This structured field exposure is designed to promote coordinated intersegmental timing across autonomic pathways, supporting physiologic conditions associated with stable NREM3 slow-wave sleep.
In early randomized clinical research, DeltaWave use has been associated with increased slow-wave sleep (SWS) duration and reduced SWS fragmentation — the sleep stage most closely linked to glymphatic clearance, synaptic homeostasis, and neuroendocrine restoration.
Clinical Study Validation
Slow-wave sleep (NREM3) was improved with DeltaWave TVMS Active device use relative to Sham, across three metrics:
➤ 72% reduction in sleep fragmentation
➤ 36% increase in slow-wave sleep duration
➤ 42% increase in slow-wave sleep proportion
